The neuroscience of happiness - the snowball effect of positivity

I found this extract in an article I recently read on the Neuroscience of Happiness and wanted to share it with you becuase I think it's fantastic and can benefit so many. It's a great reminder on the benefits of remaining positive and creating positive feedback loops for yourself and how it literally affects your brain and you.

In the article it explains a few simple things you can do like labeling the emotions your feeling, this can actually make you feel better. It explains how making decisions can reduce worry and anxiety. It also talks about the power of touch, how hugging or holding a loved-ones hand reduces pain and how rejection or social exclusion affects the brain like physical pain. Definately a great read if your into this kind of thing (full article link below).
