Almond & Cinnamon Bliss Balls

When your on OMS snacks between meals can be challenging, sometimes we need more than just fruit right? Raw treats like bliss balls are great! they’re my go-to when I’m slowing down and need a pick-me-up for morning or afternoon tea. Keep a batch in the fridge or freezer to snack on through the day. These also have a nice combination of proteins, natural sugars and cinnamon to help balance blood sugar and satisfy. They’re also gluten free, dairy free, OMS friendly and vegan.
