You can throw this one together in 2 seconds flat! It's perfect for when you need hydration quick, it'll cool you down and keep you going. Plus dragon fruits are rich in vitamin C and good fats!!
- 1 Banana fresh or frozen,
- 1 Amazon Power Pink Pitaya (dragon fruit) frozen smoothie pack
- 4 ice cubes
- 1-1.5 cups of coconut water
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and whiz till smooth.
